Family Is Everything

Family Is Everything,

When you are young  you learn everything from your parents. Along the way they teach you how to eat on your own, they potty train you, they show you  how things work, they teach you and guide you through the years to become the individual that you are. Along the way you become you.. Who you really are, you make friends and become independent.
You go through school, hopefully you are a good student and take in everything that you can and in between you make mistakes. Hopefully you learn from those mistakes and grow..

 At some point we lose sight of what our parents have done for us, the sacrifices that they have made for us, and take them for granted. As we become older and wiser we realize that family is everything as they themselves get older and can't do for them selves.

I don't know what I would do without my parents, as some day that will become a reality. In the meantime now more than ever I have learned that all they want is for me to be happy and they feel then that they have done their job.. They accomplished the ultimate,  after all that is all we really want for our children is that they are happy and healthy.

Life is too short, appreciate, love , call and see your parents while you can because it doesn't last forever. So do yourself a favor don't get so lost that you can't find your way back.. We somehow ,somewhere get so busy running  doing and working  in the bustle of this thing called life that we forget that Family IS Everything.
